I met Larsen by chance about four years ago when I had just purchased a 1920s villa that required extensive work due to years of delayed maintenance. Initially, I hired him for some repairs on the external walls of the house and to help renovate the garage. However, Larsen ended up fully restoring both the house and the garage. This included repairing and replacing most of the Rimu flooring, addressing underlying carpentry issues, changing all the hinges, and repairing and painting all the windows and doors. He even constructed elevated vegetable gardens, fences, gates and a pergola.
I found it easy to discuss my projects with Larsen; he truly listened to my ideas and offered practical solutions to the various problems we encountered during the renovation process.
